Doi Phu Kha National Park comprises 1,704 square
kilometers and covers mountain terrain in Pua, Chiang Klang, Thung Chang, Mae Charim, Tha Wang Pha, Santisak, Bo Kluea and Chaloem Phra Kiat in north east Nan Province parrallel to the Thailand Laos Border.

limestone mountains running north to south ranging
to the highest elevation being 1,939 meters at Doi Phu Kha Mountain.

vegetation ecosystems are Deciduous Forest, Deciduous Dipterocarp Forest and Grassland.
- The animal species to be seen here include, Serow, Elephant, Guar, Mouse Deer, Sambar Deer, Gibbon, Langur, Palm Civet, Otter, Macaque, Asian Bear and Common Muntjack.
