Namtok Si Khit National Parks Nakhon Si Thammarat
- Namtok Si Khit National Park is located in the north east corner of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province south from Hat Khanom Mu Ko Thale Thai National Park and includes 145 square kilometers of forests. It is in Kanchanadit District of Surat Thani Province and Sichon District of Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.
The geography is rugged mountains as part of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Range with plains on the eastern side of the mountain slope. Being limestone mountains there are many caves.
The elevation is an average of 700 meters above sea level and the highest peak is Mount Khimot at 1,303 meters.
- The vegetation ecosystems are tropical rain forest and hill evergreen forest..
- The mammal wildlife includes Gibbon, Tiger, Malayan Tapir, Asian Elephant, Sambar Deer, Mouse Deer, Porcupine, Common Munjak, Langur, Macaque, Wild Boar, Sun Bear, Serow and Squirrel.
