  • Wat Mangkon Kamalawat is central to festivities in the Chinese New Year and the vegetarian festival. The entrance is through a narrow passage way off Charoen Krung Road. Inside photography is not permitted and often the court yard is inappropriately used as a car park. However inside it has much character and is quite unlike a Thai temple experience.
